we have a small stock of organic dry beans that we grew in 2007, and we are planning for more this coming season. we have some old favorites, such as black beans and soldier beans, and some beautiful lesser-known beans, such as tiger eye and marfax. hopefully we will have them for sale at farmer's market and the csa pick this coming season.

we have grown oats, wheat, spelt, and barley on a small scale and would love to grow these grains for our markets and our livestock. unfortunately, the cost of the equipment needed to produce grains and the lack of a local mill to process the grains keeps us from expanding this part of our farm. let us know if you have any ideas or any equipment contacts!
